With thousand lines of carefully-crafted code, the Mars Protocol UI is a powerful gateway to interacting with the smart contracts that power Mars. Now, Mission Control has published the full Mars Protocol frontend repository on Github. That means anyone in the galaxy can download it to:
The release comes with a web application license agreement that grants anyone the right to use the code to interact with Martian Council-governed Outposts. The license imposes conditions on use including compliance with applicable law in the licensee’s jurisdiction.
Mars contributors embrace radical transparency and believe it’s a key pillar to enabling decentralization. Since anyone can contribute to Mars’ code base by submitting a pull request in Github, this release should evolve over time and will help harden Mars’ codebase against potential vulnerabilities. It will also ensure Martians can always access the protocol with the same user experience they’re familiar with on Marsprotocol.io.
